This team-building programme will take place on a farm. Participants are offered various programmes of group activities in a spirit of cooperation based around everyday work on the farm or in the surrounding area. Programmes will vary depending on the time of year and the work is always varied and different.

Programmes include: hand-mowing, raking the grass and getting in the hay, gathering crops (potato picking, grape picking, corn husking), harvesting grain by hand, husking, shelling beans, handicrafts, culinary skills (from the field to the table), etc. Members of collectives and others can experience many types of lost and forgotten knowledge, in a spirit of mutual cooperation, as a special form of team building.
