A wealth of natural resources and rich history represent the two foundations for the potential development of the tourism product represented by our idea. As future tourism workers, we see a possibility for the development of tourism in the creation of an integrated new tourism product.

The actual project is based on a revival of old customs connected with nature and history and involves nature conservation and eco-tourism principles.  The product brings visitors closer to life in – and with – nature. It incorporates history and natural and cultural heritage into tourism, and implies a development of tourism-related activities in the area.

The project envisages the renovation of an abandoned school, the conversion of foresters' huts into tourist accommodation and various workshops and eco-seminars. It will also include the setting-up of a museum (memorial room), the reconstruction of a narrow-gauge railway, living in nature without the disturbances of everyday channels of communication, as well as living healthily with nature – food, clothes, accommodation, relaxation in a sauna, wellness (all natural).
