The idea relates to the opening of a special type of café in Ljubljana. In view of its art-related contents, the café will be aimed at the more demanding visitor, richer tourists, artists, intellectuals, students, singles, older couples, diplomats and all those who have difficulty finding somewhere special in Ljubljana.

It will become a sought-after tourist attraction and a sight that is unique in Europe. The café could be an enhancement for Ljubljana Castle, justify the existence of a cablecar, be a specific destination for visitors and a pleasant surprise for chance tourists (see the popularity of the Palais de Tokyo in Paris, another type of popular culture point).
