The subject of investment is adaptation, construction and completion of tourist, recreation and sports facilities in Lisca area.

Location
Lisca in municipality of Sevnica and Krško in south-eastern Slovenia.
Lisca (948m) is one of the Posavje hilltops, which rises above the Sava valley. Its slopes are overgrown with mighty oak trees and at the top there are meadows and pastures. It has been a popular destination for the hikers for years and since 1903 there is also an Alpine hut. In the previous century other facilities have been built beside the hut. Beside the first Alpine hut there is a larger hut and depandances.

Just below the top there is a meteorological radar station, which is, due to its favourable position, the central station of this kind in Slovenia. A station with two ski lifts is arranged at the very top. Below the hut there is an asphalt court suitable for playing handball and basketball. Since 1988 there is an asphalt road leading towards Lisca and thus providing easy access for cars and buses. A ten kilometre road is steep at some points, but it offers beautiful views onto the Sava valley and surrounding hills.

Description
Lisca is well visited as it is an extraordinary viewpoint which offers beautiful walks and nature experiences. Hikers, recreative athletes, bikers, paragliders and horseback riders have all been its regular visitors. Lisca is very suitable for simple walks and relaxation. In summer it offers refreshment, in autumn and spring you can enjoy the sun rising above the mists and in winter you can admire the idyllic mountain scenery. It is always unique, close but exotic at the same time. Being aware of its possibilities and potentials, the investor does not want to burden it with mass tourism. It will be offered to demanding guests and those who want to indulge in natural beauties. For this reason the investor decided to prepare the TRO Lisca outline scheme.

The first set of investments focuses on the renovation of the existing facilities and arranging accommodation capacities in these facilities. The existing accommodation facilities need to be completely rearranged. Tončkov dom guesthouse is the central gastronomic and accommodation facility with a depandance next to it. Both facilities were built in 1971. Rooms which were decorated at that time do not meet today's standards and need to be completely renovated. Tončkov dom and depandances will provide 150 beds altogether. It is also possible to spend the night in the mountain hut, named Jurkova koča, where there are thirty-five beds.

The second set of investments will complete the activities at Lisca. Many sports and recreational activities are already enabled. Lisca is very popular with paragliders and hang gliders. It is also a great destination for bikers and mountain bikers. There is a court suitable for playing handball and futsal and a ski slope with two ski lifts but only one is operating at the moment.

Beside the renovation of the existing sport and recreational capacities the following activities will be arranged:
- bowling alley, place for table tennis,
- camping areas,
- picnic area, places to rest and  an outlook tower,
- archery course,
- adrenaline park,
- paddock,
- beach volleyball,
- track for mountain bikers,
- Alpine coaster course,
- children's playground equipment.
