"Providers of catering and tourism services, sports and recreation centres, tell your customers that they are important and that you value them. Offer them our system, which enables you to ask them their opinions and provides them with a simple, free and anonymous channel which allows their opinions to reach you the moment they are sent. At the same time it enables you to keep permanent control of the quality of your services. Although visitors conserve their anonymity, the system allows feedback. For tourism companies we have incorporated into the system the possibility for foreign visitors to communicate their opinions in their own languages. For hotels there is also the possibilty of monitoring opinions on the basis of location and thus it can easily be determined which opinions are intended for reception and which for housekeeping, the restaurant, etc. It can be specially addressed to visitors whose stay is of a business nature and in this way impressions and experiences relating to accompanying conference activities can also be monitored."
