Permission to the use of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act
By accepting this statement I hereby allow the “SPIRIT Slovenija, sektor turizem”, Dimičeva ulica 13, 1000 Ljubljana, SI-Slovenia, (hereinafter: the “SPIRIT”) and the contract manager of the portal BTPS to use my personal data (first name and surname, organization, address, telephone number, birth date, e-mail address, home page) in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette Rep. Of Slovenia, no. 94/2007 - UBP1). The manager of the collection of data is the SPIRIT. The purpose of the data processing is periodical mediation of information or informing (by mail or e-mail) about important changes, analyses, new services, special offers and similar information of the portal of the SPIRIT and the BTPS and in the offer of Slovenian tourism. The users of gathered personal data are the SPIRIT and the contract manager of the portal. The gathering of personal data is voluntary. At any time I can view my personal data demand its rewriting, copying, completion, correction, blockage or deletion by sending a written request to the address:
